PERINGATAN / REMINDER

Pendaftaran masuk adalah pada pukul 2.30 petang dan keluar pada pukul 12.00 tengahari. Waktu terakhir untuk tempahan walk-in adalah pada 11 malam.

Check in time is at 2.30 pm and check-out is at 12.00 noon. The final time for walk-in guest/booking is at 11pm. Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and additional charges upon request.

A Tourism Tax of RM10 flat rate per room per night will be imposed for foreign guests.

Deposit 50% atau bayaran penuh diperlukan untuk menjamin tempahan anda dalam tempoh masa yang diberikan oleh pihak pentadbir. Jika bayaran tidak diambil dalam tempoh masa yang ditetapkan, tempahan anda mungkin dibatalkan.

50% deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking within the time given by the admin. If the payment is not collected within stipulated time, your reservation may be cancelled.

Sebarang deposit atau bayaran penuh tidak akan dikembalikan sekiranya tempahan dibatalkan. Anda hanya dibenarkan menukar tarikh dua minggu lebih awal daripada tarikh yang ditempah. Oleh itu, sila pastikan tarikh yang ditempah adalah betul sebelum membuat pembayaran. Setelah pembayaran dibuat, anda bersetuju untuk mematuhi semua syarat kami di atas.

Any deposit or full payment will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled. It is only allowed to change the date two weeks earlier than the booked date. Therefore, please make sure the booked date is correct before making the payment. Once the payment is made, you have agreed to comply with all our conditions above.

Jangan merokok di dalam bilik. Merokok di tempat yang dikhaskan.

No Smoking in or outside the room. Smoke at designated area.

Kesihatan dan Keselamatan anda adalah keutamaan kami. Sila pastikan pintu kecemasan / keselamatan dikunci dari dalam.

Your Safety and Security are our priority. Please Ensure All Emergency and security doors are locked from inside.

Sejadah disediakan untuk tetamu Muslim. Jangan guna untuk perkara lain atau dibawa pulang.

Prayer mat is provided for Muslim guest. Do not use for other purposes or take home.

Air panas hanya untuk mandian. Tekan suis bila memerlukannya.

Water heater is for shower only. Turn on the switch if you need hot water.

Minum minuman keras adalah dilarang di kawasan hotel.

Consuming alcoholic drinks are prohibited in hotel premises.

Jangan tinggalkan barangan berharga di dalam bilik. Simpan di resepsi jika perlu.

Do not leave valuables in the room. Place valuables at the receptionist if necessary.

Tuala tidak akan diganti sepanjang masa penginapan tetapi akan diganti jika dimaklumkan kepada resepsi.

Towel will not be changed during the duration of your stay unless you inform the reception to do so.

Endau Beach Resort tidak bertanggungjawab untuk setiap kemalangan, kehilangan atau kerosakan terjadi kepada tetamu atau harta benda mereka yang berlaku di premis.

Endau Beach Resort is not liable for every accident, loss or damage happened to the guest or their personal belonging that occurs on the premises.

Kolam renang hanya dibuka kepada tetamu yang menginap sahaja dari jam 7.00 pagi - 7.00 malam setiap hari.

Swimming Pool only open for guest only from 7.00 am till 7.00 pm daily.

Breakfast will be served from 7.45 am till 9.45 am only on date stated under Room Rate 2.

PERATURAN UNTUK KESELESAAN TETAMU

RULES FOR THE COMFORT OF ALL GUESTS

Kami mengenakan denda RM200 sekiranya anda menyebabkan ketidak selesaan terhadap tetamu lain seperti merokok, memasak, membawa durian dll.

We reserve the right to charge RM200 if you caused discomfort to other guests such as smoking, cooking, bringing in durian and others.

Kami berhak untuk membuat pemeriksaan bilik setiap 24 jam untuk memastikan keselamatan dan kesihatan tetamu kami terpelihara.

We reserve the right to inspect all rooms every 24 hours to ensure the well-being of our guests and to confirm the acceptable condition of the room.

The booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended, cancelled or modified. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

Tempahan bilik tidak boleh dibayar semula dan tidak boleh dipinda, dibatalkan, diubahsuai. Gagal mendaftar masuk akan dianggap sebagai "No-Show" dan tiada bayaran balik akan diberikan.

Alcoholic drinks are prohibited in hotel premises/hotel room.

Minum minuman keras adalah dilarang di kawasan hotel.

Hotel Guest must read our Terms & Conditions (on website) before check-in. 

Tetamu Hotel harus membaca serta Terma & Syarat Hotel (di laman web) sebelum daftar masuk. 

The room booking is confirmed upon issuance of a confirmation WHATSAPP and deposit or full payment. Guests shall be liable to contact us immediately if he/she fails to receive any reply from us for whatever reasons. Once confirmed, NO CANCELLATION request will be entertained.
